I help with two different types of relocations:

  1. Moving to Vancouver, the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley for work, school, weather, or family.
  2. Moving to the Island, Okanagan, up north, or out of province.

Let’s begin with moving to the area, how do I help clients?

I have lived in 10 cities all within the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area, so I know each pocket of our Greater Vancouver region very well. We’ll start with where your job/school/family etc. live in the area, so that I can compile a list of properties that are worth considering. I will explain the best route to commute, amenities nearby, pros and cons to consider of each area.

Perhaps you first want to rent to better gauge the area, or you’re unsure of which cities are the most expensive and which ones are least expensive. Once we tour around and I act as your personal tour guide, then you will get a better feel for the areas, but before you arrive, take a look at this graph, which shows the current rental rates and purchase prices for 2 bedroom condos.

If you are moving away

Many locals are moving to Vancouver Island, the Okanagan, the Kootenays, or out of the province due to the high cost of living here, or because they’ve made a lot on the house and want to realize that gain by moving to a less expensive city. If you are moving away and need to find an amazing realtor in the new area, please contact me. I have connections with realtors in every city and in every province across Canada, so I will introduce you to someone that I recommend! Contact me today to find a realtor.
